There wasn't anything sexy about the scene from what I saw. Just a body is all I've noticed. However, because of the FCC and their conservative ways, a challenging show like "NYPD Blue" would never pass muster on network TV. As I pointed out in my blog entry on this, in Canada that scene could be shown at any time of the day.
