It is amazing that we lost another icon in the talk show world.The Merv Griffin Show ran from 1962 to 1986. Mr. Griffin created Jeopardy in 1964 and Wheel of Fortune in 1975. The first quote I thought for Mr. Griffin was, "Ohoooo", but instead I wanted something that exemplified his philosophy as a talk show host.
To quote Merv Griffin "If the host is sitting there thinking about his next joke, he isn't listening.
