I don't get why you think the Parents Television Council should tackle this issue. What he said was politically incorrect but the show didn't contain gratuitous sex, violence, and/or profanity.
If the PTC tackled this issue then they would have to tackle just about every news commentary show which someone found offensive and Bill O'Reilly wouldn't have a show anymore.
