First hour: Musician, DVD producer and radio contributor Bill Funt joins Ed for some thoughts on the passing of Davy Jones and the legacy of The Monkees. Also in this hour: Tony Figueroa and Donna Allen remember the death of John Belushi, the birthday of Rob Reiner, and other events that occurred This Week in TV History.

Second hour: Ed welcomes actress and author Mayim Bialik (The Big Bang Theory, Blossom). Mayim's new book, Beyond the Sling, provides a practical, and very personal, approach to attachment parenting that is supported by solid medical and psychological research. Mayim will be appearing at Vroman’s Bookstore, 695 E. Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena on Thursday, Mar. 15 at 7pm; and at the Skirball Cultural Center, 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd. in Los Angeles on Sunday, Mar. 18 at 2pm. Also in this hour: Ed welcomes actress, director and acting coach Michelle Danner (Hello, Herman). Michelle will be starring in a modern-day stage adaptation of Henrik Ibsen’s Ghosts at the Second Stage Theater at the Edgemar Center for the Arts, 2437 Main Street in Santa Monica, through Saturday, May 12.
