First hour: TV Guide business editor Stephen Battaglio, author of From Yesterday to Today: Six Decades of America’s Favorite Morning Show, discusses the legacy of The Andy Griffith Show and the departure of Ann Curry from The Today Show. Also in this hour: Dan Farren joins Tony Figueroa and Donna Allen as This Week in TV History remembers Will Ferrell's birthday. Plus: a replay of our look at the 25th anniversary of the premiere of Return to Mayberry.

Second hour: Encore presentations of our conversations with actor Tony Denison (The Closer, Crime Story) and animator/filmmaker Gene Hamm. The Closer ends its seven-year run on TNT this summer, while Gene's documentary Created Equal, on which he collaborated with actress Julie Newmar, showcases the art and artists of Alchemia, a program in Northern California that provides classes and venues for mentally or physically challenged adults.
