Wesley Hyatt will join us in our first hour. Wes’ latest book,
Television’s Top 100: The Most Watched American Broadcasts, 1960-2010, is a fun look at the 100 highest-rated TV broadcasts of the past five decades, from the famous series finales of M*A*S*H and The Fugitive, the "Who Shot J.R." resolution episode of Dallas, groundbreaking miniseries such as Roots, plus high-profile sporting events such as Super Bowl XVI and the 1994 Winter Olympics.

Wes’ book not only has all the facts and figures behind these historic broadcasts, but provides the backstory for why they all commanded such huge audiences.

Then, since August 29 marks the 45th anniversary of the final episode of
The Fugitive
, our second hour will include an encore presentation of our January 2012 conversation with actress Jacqueline Scott (Donna Kimble Taft on The Fugitive), in which Jacquie discusses working with the likes of Walter Matthau, James Stewart, Cliff Robertson, Louis Calhern, Uta Hagen, Paul Munir and, of course, David Janssen.
