Marion Ross spent eleven seasons playing Marion Cunningham (“Mrs. C”) on Happy Days, a character that TV Guide named one of the Top 10 TV Moms in television history. But Happy Days is just one chapter in a long and successful career that has seen Marion work with such legends as Clark Gable, Cary Grant, Tony Curtis, Lauren Bacall, Claudette Colbert, Jose Ferrer, Noel Coward, Kirk Douglas, Mike Connors and David Janssen, while also earning acclaim for her role as Sophie Berger, the strong-willed matriarch onBrooklyn Bridge.

Marion recently filmed an episode of Hot in Clevelandthat will air later this summer on TV Land, while Happy Days returns to Me-TV’s weeknight lineup beginning Monday, May 26. Marion Ross will join us in our second hour.

Our first hour will include Part 2 of Greg Ehrbar’s conversation with Peter Key, the son of Ted Key, the writer/cartoonist who not only created Hazel, but developed the characters and format for what eventually became Mr. Peabody and Sherman (or Peabody’s Improbable History,as the segment was known on The Bullwinkle Show). Greg and Peter will discuss that aspect of Ted Key’s career, as well as the three successful comedy movies that Ted wrote for Disney: GusThe Million Dollar Duck and The Cat from Outer Space.

All this, plus This Week in TV History. It’s a full program as always… we certainly hope you’ll join us.
