Lorraine Santoli began her career as a publicist for the Walt Disney Company, coordinating the PR efforts of many Disney movies and TV shows, then later became manager of publicity at the Disneyland theme park. After moving back to Disney Corporate, she spent ten years as Director of Corporate Synergy for the entire Walt Disney Company, where she helped coordinate all marketing communications and internal cross-promotions through the Disney company.

We will talk about what synergy is, how it came to shape the way in which Disney has done business over the past three decades, and how it helped shaped such promotional campaigns as the famous “I’m Going to Disneyland” spots that we see at the end of every Super Bowl and other major sporting events. Lorraine Santoli will join us on in our second hour. Her books include Inside the Disney Marketing Machine: In the Era of Michael Eisner a..., The Official Mickey Mouse Club Bookand Ears and Bubblesthe memoirs of former Mouseketeer Bobby Burgess.
